Luden's Echo bug

Luden's echo is working off of the snowball summoner spell in ARAM. Don't know for sure if this is supposed to happen, but if it is supposed to happen, then why doesn't it do it for any of the other summoner spells? And if it isn't supposed to happen then hey, just found a bug for you guys lol.

This has been happening since 6.5. Snowball procs all spell effects.
