Champ select and queue on draft pick black.

When i go into champion select after accepting a match from blind queue and the client (borders still there like exit button) is black. after a while it kicks me for not selecting a champion. i went accepted another blind queue match and it was black again but this time i dodged and logged back in. also loading queue for draft pick (ranked and norms) is black. i uninstalled and downloaded it again, but the problem started happening again after a day or two. the strangest thing is that i don't have low priority queue (having to wait [certain time] for dodging or not choose a champ.)

please help, i don't want to have to uninstall and download every 3 days :/
