Couldn't receive a Hexetech Chest even though me or my buddy got an S- or S+ on the character

Couldn't receive a Hexetech Chest even though me or my buddy got an S- or S+ on the character. My friend Swiftxness got an S score in two games for the two characters he owns and usually when you get and S- or S+ you receive an chest. I want to report this bug and get my 2 hexetech chest I recently just played.
