multiple people from my party saw this message then about 30 min into game we got another saying "just kidding, we're giving you 4 chests and 4 keys after the game". Haven't gotten anything yet...
I think someone used a false Riot chat program to mess with ya buddy. I saw a couple videos on it once. It's perma-bannable instantly.

LOL. Ok so go in a custom game and try this:
hit enter to type, and put in a bunch of spaces to make your message type on the next line. Now your name won't be in front of your message.
