[GAMEPLAY] Skills Not being chosen at level 1

So, Sometimes when i load into my game i choose my spells and buy before the characters actually appear on the rift (i'm just fast i guess) and it seems to start a bug which makes it so my items don't buy (luckily i can just buy them again) and i can't choose any abilities until level 2 where i get 2 points to put in and play just like normal after that, not too annoying but it sometimes puts me at a real disadvantage from levels 1 to 2. it's happened to me about 4 times last night out of 10-12 games and all i can do is basic attack.

Also i play on OCE but there doesn't seem to be a bug report forum there?
