Vandal Jax Skin Selection

Every time I go Jax, I want to use my Vandal Jax skin, but it is not selected automatically when I lock in. It gets annoying too because with me and my bad memory, I forget to set the skin most times. But shouldn't it automatically select itself if I have no other skins? Also sometimes when I do select the skin, the skin bar scrolls over to is and it is selected, but sometimes, it doesn't select even though it is right on it. I know this isn't a priority, but it would be great if this could get fixed.
