[GAMEPLAY] Gragas Barrel (Q) Dissapearing, then unable to cast Barrel again for rest of the game

Hello,

I was in a game just now playing Gragas in the jungle and as my team was sieging the enemy Middle Inhibitor Turret, I cast my Barrel (Q) through the turret to help wave clear the coming creeps. As I was casting the Q, the Turret died as the animation for the Barrel was rolling through it and it caused my Barrel to despawn, but it changed my action bar Q, to the secondary Activation for detonating the Barrel early.

The Problem was that since the Barrel disappeared, the secondary activation wouldn't activate, and thus I couldn't cast Q for the rest of the game. I tried exiting game and re-joining and that didn't help fix it, thankfully we were far enough ahead that we were able to win with me only using W, E and R.

I haven't tried to re-create this bug in a Bot Game, but it happened around 1:15 AM PST, Wednesday October 14, in Ranked Solo Queue.

Sorry I didn't bother to take any screenshots and I couldn't record gameplay of the bug. Here is a link to the Match History of the game that I'm talking about, even though I'm pretty sure you can't tell much about my skill usage from it.

I had played Gragas 2 or 3 times already today and it's the first time experiencing this issue, I'm thinking it might be somehow connected to the current Lux bug with her E not being able to be cast that I've seen on the Bug Forums but I don't know for sure.
