Taric's infinite attack reset bug (q spam)

was just in a game as taric and when i got into the game i automatically had his . i thought i had grabbed on accident and ignored that until i got into lane. while in lane i tried to heal my adc and nothing happened, the visuals happened, my passive activated and my mana was spent but no healing happened and the cd didnt trigger. so at first i was like ok this could be a death fix so after i died i tried again. same problems happened and then i noticed that his q wasnt stacking either. later on when the match started to go south and i was abandoned i started spamming my q just so i could attack faster and harder.
