[GAMEPLAY] Muramana active toggle breaks after death

So I've noticed that when you have Muramana active and you die with it, it's still "on" when you respawn VISUALLY but not actually, so you need to toggle it twice to turn it back on again, which is both inconvenient and UNCLEAR. Seeing how Riot has been aiming to bring a lot of clarity to the game I think it would be wise to fix this.
