I have played a lot of Teemo over the years, and have always noticed a problem with his blind. When Teemo Q's something and applies blind the enemies first auto attack will still do damage. This is most obvious if you Teemo jungle, but it also leads to many needless deaths against players.

One auto attack may not seem like much, but it can make a big difference in certain situations.

I've noticed Teemo's blind acting strange in the jungle as well. I also suspect that the duration of the blind is effectively reduced because the duration starts the instant you press q. This first auto-attack that bypasses the blind is STILL taking up precious duration time of the blind.

I think it has to do with how auto attacks are. I've been experimenting with Jungle Quinn a lot lately, and whenever I blind a monster with an extremely long attack animation the first attack almost always goes through, while if I blind the monster before the animation cycle starts it will be blinded.

How come LeeSin can aa people when he's always blind, but all other champs can't aa when they're blind?

I reported this once and the community told me I was wrong or that I was seeing AAs that were already launched.

I've seen it completely fail, where multiple AAs after blind do full damage and I die to AAs from ADCs.

Well seeing as the champion has already swung/fired/whatever, dunno, blind shouldn't matter?

I've noticed this playing against garen. I will blind him but his q will still deal damage to me. I know that the silence goes through but the damage shouldn't since garen's q just makes his next auto do more damage and silience.

can we just remove blind altogether and replace it with something else? Like a hallucinate? It's either OP or utterly useless.

Replace Blind's 'AAs miss' effect with graves/noc style vision range reduction. Adjust duration accordingly. Bam. Fixed.
