I can't see my RP and IP

Hi, I'm using Alpha Client and I can't see my RP and IP. It always show 0 RP - 0 IP. It shows how much IP I won at the end of game but in the main screen it still stuck in 0. And yes I can't spend any of my IP or RP in the store. It says you don't have enough IP/RP. But I can see my how much IP/RP I have in the normal client.
