Rammus, goes to a crawl in game and stays that way till end of game.

I have had this happen 4 or 5 times, go into a game as Rammus, be in a ball, take magic damage, and when ball goes off, I am stuck in a slow crawl the rest of the game. I even left game, shut down lol completely, and reentered, still at a slow crawl. I mentioned it to other players, and they noticed it also. I thought it was linked to the new sands skin, but recently it happened to me 2 times on the ninja skin. If anyone could fix this bug, would be most appreciated as I main Rammus, and this bug while not rolling cuts speed bad, even with fastest boots on and move speed items. I can be lvl 18 and moving like I am lvl 1 with no boots.. very much changes what I can do in game. Thanks.. ImmortalWitch
