[Crash] Constant disconnects in occasional games (3 in 20 games)

It seems like this has been happening for a few months now, previously i had never encountered this. Anyways what will happen is I will be constantly reconnecting the whole game, sometimes i can still read new chat entries and sometimes I can't. I can usually move around however other players are either teleporting around or are frozen. When this happens nobody is taking damage and if I cast a spell it will either not register or have 30 second delay. Typical disconnection issues. However my ping will be between 50-200 the whole time and fps will be normal. I have checked my internet speeds every time this occurs and my ping is always 8 download speeds are above 200 mbps and upload speeds are 400 mbps since I am using ethernet. The lowest i have seen for downloads speeds was 170 mbps. Re-opening league does not fix nor does restarting my computer. When i reconnect I will often get a white screen before the loading screen. I can always log into the client without issues although it sometimes takes a while to load when this is happening. Whenever this happens it will happen for the entirety of the game, so when i see this issue i know the game is over. The frequency of these occurrences has increased lately. In my last 20 games this has happened 3 times. I'm not sure if using a mac matters but that is what I am currently using. I haven't found a solution to this and it is causing me to be basically afk in games which is not fun for me, but even less so for my teammates. Is there something I can do to fix this?
