Quinn failing to aa on Twisted Treeline Gameplay

While fighting a Rengar among minions harrier procced and Quinn seemed unable to aa. Her animation froze and damage seemed to not be applying. no gameplay video but at the time I had an avarice blade and a brawlers glove I believe.
