[GAMEPLAY] Morgana bugs

If you press alt and click on your ulti to communicate the cd in chat, it says that the ult is ready even if you didn't hit level 6 yet, or if you have it on cooldown. It's really annoying for pre-fight communication. Something else I noticed is that Tormented Soils doesn't always trigger Frostfang's ability to generate 15 gold per hit. This usually occurs once every 5-6 casts.

For the cooldown bug:

1. Hold "alt"
2. Click your ultimate

For the Tormented Soils bug:

1. Purchase Frostfang
2. CastTormented Soils under the enemy champions

I only tried in on Championship Morgana. Can anyone else confirm encountering these bugs on other skins/champions?
