[Client] Legacy Client Faults

There seems to be many problems with legacy client after the most recent 6.23 patch:

• Bottom right notification and friend window does not work properly

  • No access to any of the functions there including friend list and chat groups.

• Hextech crafting tab has gone missing from top bar (next to profile and shop tab)

These are some problems that I have encountered so far.
