"Accept Match" Screen Won't Disappear (Client Issue)

I have had an issue a couple of times now regarding the "accept match" screen popping up. It has not happened often, but the reason I finally decided to report it is because this time, it happened to affect my promos. I am sitting at 100 LP qualified for a series. As you know, if you dodge queue or leave a game during a series, then it is automatically ended. I was in queue for my first promos game when the screen asking me to accept or decline a match showed up. I pressed accept, and everything went through, yet the screen did not go away like it is supposed to. In the background of the client you could see that I had been transferred to the game lobby, but by the time banning phase came around, I was unable to click anything due to the "Accept match" screen blocking out everything. The client designated this as a dodge due to me not choosing a champion to ban and i was taken back to the queue lobby. Even in the queue lobby, the accept match screen was still there and I was forced to close the client and re-login in order to get it to disappear. At this point, my series had already ended due to the dodge. It should be noted that during this process, I tried to press both accept and decline on the screen multiple times and while it would make the "clicking animation" (I can't think of a better way to word it), the screen just would not disappear. I could not find any other posts on the forums or anywhere else related to this issue so I figured I would post it myself. I really wish I would have gotten a screenshot of the incident, but I was too busy trying to save myself from getting kicked out of promos that I didn't.
