Soraka Q bug
When blocking Soraka's Q (Starcall) with Sivir's Spell Shield the damage is blocked but Soraka is still healed and receives Rejuvination.

This is an intended interaction. Soraka's Q doesn't actually have to damage the champion to get the Rejuvenation, it just has to "hit" them. It doesn't matter if it is blocked by a spell shield or not, so long as it actually hits the champion.
This is the same thing that happens with other similar spells, like Vladimir's Q or Darius' Q. They don't have to damage a champion to get the heal, they just have to hit them.
