Freeze in beginning of game

I start my game normally and i get to my base screen it freezes. I am also getting a penalty for this and it isnt even my fault.[Crash]

Same here, I started getting this problem today after receiving the windows 10 anniversary update. My computer freezes in game and I have to restart it manually.
