Spectating with new UI

I was unable to spectate a game using the new Client. the choice was greyed out and match was in progress enough to not consider the buffer time.

I can't spectate either ... everything is greyed out as well. I'm on a mac book pro. last generation. 10.11.06

I am also having this same problem. I have restarted the client and issue continues.
