Can't Alt Tab out of mac

Yes I know dont flame for playing with a mac, but ever since maybe patch 7.9 or so Im unable to leave the game, like, ever, if its in full screen. I'm stuck in the game until it finishes, wondering if others have the same issue, and maybe know how to fix it.

EDIT: Btw, i used to be on borderless to allow myself to alt tab but now that juast glitches and only covers half my screen,
