Arclight vel causing massive mouse input lag during teamfights

I have been using this skin a lot lately, and I thought it was just my mouse till today. It works just fine, until team fights where if I even get in range of the enemy team, my mouse button to move my camera (mouse button 5 ) lags around 1 to 3 seconds. I can use my spacebar to lock myself to vel, but i can't move my laser correctly as it jitters because it's not reading my mouse as where it actually is. I am using a logitech g700s mouse and it only happens in teamfights when i use arclight vel. I have to stop using this awesome skin until the issue is resolved :(. please help
