Clear Notifications

After I open the notification context menu and click the clear all notification icon, the popup that appears asking "You want to dismiss all notification?" is to far away form the notification menu. Can you remove this popup or add a check box like "Don't show this again" or even let it popup inside the notification menu, this way we can clear it faster.

Also, adding the number of notification to the bell icon will be great, because if there is an old uncleared notification I don't know if any new notification arrived.
