Can't change runes

When I am in champ select I can't change my runes. Seriously, you're a billion dollar company, can't you just hire more people to try and fix this launcher? Literally every patch eliminates one bug and creates a new one. Starting to really get tired of lol not working properly

Been happening to me for many patches now. Even happens on a freshly opened client. The only solution is to restart the client and hope it doesnt happen again.

They need to fix it especially since this issue has been brought up many times.
