Client crash on queue accept

I clicked accept on my queue for my ranked game and I then crashed, logged back in only to find I lost 3lp :( I had clicked on my profile before the game queue popped up, but that's really the only information I have on what could have caused it.

Edit: I've also had it happen where queue popped up, and I didn't accept (let the timer run out) and my client crash, no lp loss from that though
