Stuck at 100%, then disconnect after 5 minutes

This was for an ARAM game and by the time I could reconnect, the enemy team was already at our nexus.

Absolutely ridiculous that this would happen and people have threatened to report me for this. It was out of my control and odd how I wasn't disconnected from the client, ONLY the game. Still, the end-game lobby says I am ineligible for rewards from this AFK behavior.

Any explanation Riot?
