When Will The Nunu Bug Be Fixed?

So sick of Nunu just appearing out of nowhere and I shouldn't have to waste a ban on him when he doesn't counter me. Completely invisible during certain ganks. Multiple clips on Fun of Legends or Synapse showing it but Nunu is still available during ranked. Am I in the wrong here?

Please disable, other champions were disabled for less.
