[GAMEPLAY]Thresh Q have no effect or hooker animation after using Hextech Rocketbelt immediately.

While I was trying new items on thresh , I found that when I use q immediately after using hextech belt , Thresh looks like stunned and cannot move or using skills. It is pretty annoying bcuz I cannot make play like flash Q by using hextech rocket belt.
