You don't own Varus. The skin + champ would total 2230 RP (1350+880). 1561 is a 30% discount off both as a bundle.

Yeah this has happened to a lot of people. Luckily, this account didn't have it and this is the one I buy skins for.

As others have pointed out, since you don't own the champion, the stop's price reflects both the price of the champion, as well as the discounted skin. I'm sorry this wasn't made super clear; it's a piece of feedback we've received, and something we'll keep in mind for next time. If you purchase the champion separately for IP, the price in the shop will drop to only the price of the skin!
