[Gameplay] Ekko ult does not teleport Ekko

In a game I played with a friend, every time he ulted as Ekko you would see the circle of damage where he was 4 seconds ago, but the champion would just stay in the same spot instead of teleporting back. This happened every single time during this particular game. I noticed it as well as my friend.
