[Gameplay] "Undo" button damage in the shop

Just a brief description here -- It doesn't seem to serve any in-game purpose... but the "undo" button used after purchasing an item and waiting a duration over which your health is healed seems to "undo" your health up until the point you bought the item.... Any reason for this?
