Cho gath silence
When i laned top against cho as vi...my q got deactivated some how. after his silence, i couldnt cast it for the whole game. idk, its not my mouse cause blitzcrank had the issue too qqqqqqqqqq (just to make sure my q worked fine lol

the same thing was happening with a few other abilities that I thought they fixed. Wasn't Panth's ult doing this?
Happens when Shaco boxes rupt a Xerath Q as well. You'll need to restart the game (just end process and reconnect) and that will fix it. Riot is aware of the issue, but like most things...yea
