[Gameplay] Tahm Kench Devour Targeting "Bug"

I'm not sure if this can be considered a bug, but Tahm Kench's Devour, which can target minions, enemy champions, and ally champions, often has a very different opinion about what you are trying to eat than you do. I have played a number of games with Tahm Kench in top lane, and there have been many circumstances where I mouse over my opponent, who has 3 stacks of Acquired Taste, and press W, only to eat a nearby minion, which is very frustrating. Likewise, I have eaten ally champions instead of the enemy champion, stopping my ally from killing them and letting them escape. It's a hard ability to make work all the time, because it can target so many things, but I think it should always prioritize enemy champions, since you have to work to get 3 stacks on them and it is unlikely you would accidentally eat them.
