its been like this for a while now ive laned with thresh many of times and for some reason the relic shield does not proc when thresh uses it unless he actually last hits(meaning the passive doesnt execute under designated amount)
Execute is MELEE-ONLY.
Thresh is a RANGED champion.
I swear that this topic pops up every couple weeks.
execute is for melees only so thresh doesnt get the execute
relic shield only procs with melee attacks, thresh's attacks count as range.
Which is weird because even though Thresh counts as ranged, his attacks can still go through yasuo's wind wall
