I was playing Aram and got a ping spike and next thing you know my Q stopped working. That's all I am going to say because you people have so many problems with this game its just not fun anymore, so glad I barely play this game anymore.

The game is actually pretty bug free, but every game has its issues. Did you try clicking on the spell instead of using the q hotkey? It could be the assignment that bugged up. Make sure when you start the game too, that you run as administrator, otherwise hotkey use is iffy. You're not giving too many details here so it's hard to say for sure, especially if it's not a recurring issue. I've never run into this myself.

Turn off quickcast and turn it back on, or vice versa.
That fixes most errors in which abilities stop working,
