[Crafting] [Client] let me Upgrade an Already Owned Skin Shard into a Permanent

Referring to the linked album, the top image is what I now have sitting in my inventory, an expensive orange paperweight.

Steps I went through to get here:

1.) Purchased a 5pack of Epic Capsules, obtained two Annie in Wonderland Shards (back-to-back even) 2.) Purposely upgrade the first shard into a permanent. 3.) Spectate 2 of my friend's matches. (I did not play any of my own matches, nor reboot yet) 4.) Head back to my loot tab and notice it doesn't show the skin as owned, screen shots and times show I did in-fact own it already. 5.) Use orange essence on the 2nd shard. (The 4th and 5th screenshots here show I'm allowed to upgrade the owned skin, and it displays as 'activateable', as if I didn't already own it.) 6.) Restart the client 7.) Now I'm left with a permanent skin shard, for a skin I already own. (With the first screen cap showing the shard with the proper 'Owned" tag. I'm curious what would have happened if I used it before hand, as it would have let me 'activate' the permanent skin shard on step 5)

Odd curiosity overtook me, and I purposely upgraded a skinshard I already had unlocked, just to see how the client would handle it. (Sorry for the large screen caps and visible skype bubble)
