[Gameplay]: Why can't I see my ingame stats in Dominion?

[Gameplay]: The in-game stats were moved to the top of the screen recently. But, in Dominion, they are blocked by the health bar. Also, sometimes the chevrons to level-up a skill get stuck until the next level. Both issues can be seen in my screenshot. Except that I am unable to upload one for bug #3.
