Missions not showing up/ Client issues

So my missions dont show up and havent shown up for a while, which means i havent got rewards from the battle boss missions or any others that have been around since then except the ornn icon. My client has been really inconsistant. My client also sometimes takes up to 20 minutes to log in with the message trying to reconnect.
