[CLIENT] Patcher Client unresponsive 50%+ of the time, requiring a relaunch
The patcher client appears to be having an issue right now where sometimes after the application will launch, it will simply be dead and unresponsive. The mouse cursor will change to indicate that it is hovering over something that can be clicked while over any part of the launch client window but no UI elements will respond, even with their mouse-over animations. Each time the client boots up unresponsive, several UI elements seemingly at random will not load. Exiting the client does not work - it has to be quit by right-clicking the application icon in the dock and hitting QUIT or, sometimes, demanding a force-quit. This appears to be happening approximately every other boot-up, with increased frequency right after booting up the computer as a whole. Quitting the application and then trying to launch it again seems to work, but opening the application later may result in it being unresponsive once again. Finally, when the client was updating to the most recent patch (which was the first time I noticed this issue), the application became unresponsive SEVERAL TIMES IN A ROW (6-7) with various parts of the UI missing before it finally loaded all the way and started downloading the patch.
None of these issues affect the actual League of Legends client... but getting through the Patcher client to the actual game client is the struggle.
I am currently running a macbook pro with OS X Mavericks installed. This issue started right after booting up the patcher client to update to 4.21
