Last Ranked game isn't showing up in match history

I was suddenly disconnected from the game and the game couldn't reconnect. Its like the game didn't happen even if I tried to log in instantly and it takes me directly to the LoL PLAY Home window. And whether its a win or lost game, the history didn't showed up in the match history. I was playing as Leona support. I tried to look for the match history in the official site - here is my match history, and didn't find the history in Lolking too. Here is the Screenshot of the current state of match history.

Is there any solution to this problem?
