  1. The culling was accidentally set to deal 100% dmg to creeps instead of 400%, it doesn't even clear first 3 melee creeps in a wave.
  2. Sucks to be Lucian.
    1. Que up with lucian. 2) Press R and be disappointed.
  4. Happened last game, I presume it's from the nerf to his R and that some numbers were off in code. I had essence reaver when it started occuring.

The Culling? More like the DULLing.

It has to be that the 400% damage bonus to minions has been commented out of the code by accident, or something.

If The Culling states it does 2300 damage, and the minions I'm aiming it at have 700 health, and I kill exactly 3 of them with the full burst, then that means. . . . .

. . .this is what the PBE is for, right?
