co op vs AI the AI glitch up or freeze

as i said iv been seeing alot of the AI either freezeing and standing still not attacking while i beat the crap out of them and this has been going on a bit before the new update today. but i saw that 100% of the time when i fling some one with singed they glitch up like they are surrounded by minions and unable to move even though they are in the wide open. and then it started happening even with out me flinging. i didnt know if this was well known or not but its happend quite a few times to my self in multiple co op games and a few times to my freind. i know bot games are supposed to be somewhat easy but this is just too much when they stand there dont attack and dont try to run. its happend to me as singed recently and before as me playing trundle and my freind who was playing malphite.

and i guess i should add that with the part of singed fling. the glitch happens after the stun effect. so no im not misstakeing his new stun as a glitch. if i could record i would but i dont have anything i can record with right now.
