100% loaded in load screen but nothing was happening

Just lost a ranked game due to a bug which I was 100% loaded in the load screen for about 10 mins. Nothing was happening so I alt f4'd and reconnected to the game to my surprise was already well in progress. As a result of the poor start and snowbally patch we're in, we lost the game. This is not fair as on my end I was 100% loaded just waiting for the game to start like usual. Fix it.
