Getting 2 Stopwatches

So I was trying out Commencing Stopwatch on Ashe because... Why not? I had decided to rush a Guardian Angel and when I completed the item the Commencing Stopwatch was still in my inventory with 34ish seconds left on the timer. When it came off cool down I was expecting it to disappear but it didn't.

1. Take Commencing Stopwatch rune.
2. Rush Guardian Angel (Maybe other Stopwatch items. Never checked.)
3. Keep Commencing Stopwatch and save 500 gold on 2 Stopwatch items. I have only seen this once so far and haven't had the time to try to replicate the glitch, but I felt it would be useful to report it. I kept the replay if that is helpful.
