[GAMEPLAY] Nexus Turrets continue to play laser sound when laser has stopped

So for some reason when u clear out enemy minions from under your nexus turret the laser stops firing but the sound continues to play.

     1. clear all enemy minions from under nexus turret
     2. the laser animation should stop but the sound should continue playing

It happens maybe 50% of the time. It's pretty dang annoying when it does happen tho.
