Invisible Roadblock Bug

While playing as Katarina on the blue mid lane, one of my teammates was tower dived by Shyvanna under the 2nd tier turret. The teammate died almost instantly but the Shyvanna was not moving and taking turret hits. She quickly died and as i walked over her corpse, i could not move as well. It is as if the wall has a small, invisible hook near the turret and will stop all move pathing unless you move toward blue base.
