[Client] Tahm Kench's Ability Description in Champion Select

I recently noticed during a game on the North American server on 10/22/2015 around 7:20PM EST that Tahm Kench's Ultimate has no name or description when you hover over him in Champion Select. The icon is there, and the line is there to separate the name from the description, but there is no text. Tested on a friends PC, same thing. Obviously not groundbreaking, just letting yall know! :D
