[GAMEPLAY] Some skins/champs causing major lag

Some skins and abilities cripple my fps bringing them down so much that it's unplayable. This only happens when the skin/ability is on my screen. Skins/abilities include: Dark star Thresh Miss Fortune's E (any skin) When Yasuo has his tornado up (only on blood moon yasuo) When varus charges up his q (only on dark star varus) Taliyah's e (any skin)

I've already tried changing my video settings and nothing has helped. Everything used to be fine but after an update this bug happened.

Blood Mon yas and Elemental Lux give me problems sometimes. Ill go to 3 FPS for 1 second

I remember Illaoi's release caused me some intense frame drops due to his tentacles (I was getting about 10 FPS when he ulted). Luckily, I could just ban him out of my games, but what you're describing isn't a bug. It's just an unfortunate reality of the game.
