Champ Select/Reconnect Screen Error

As of the most recent patches, whenever I try to enter a game of any kind (AI, SR, TT, etc.), I encounter a problem after champ select. When champ select ends and the game is supposed to launch, I am instead sent to a screen with a reconnect button that doesn't work. Closing and reopening sends me back to that screen and not even restarting the computer works. I did a Full Repair and it still persisted. Please help, I don't want to get banned for a failing launcher causing me to abandon the team.
