3 things:

This is pretty consistent harassment of your jungler, Kayn, so it does feel a punishment was warranted. If you've had prior punishments, including chat restrictions and a 2 week ban, then a permanent ban is the next step.

This is Report a Bug. If you have questions regarding in-game punishments, the Player Behavior Board is where you go.

You can write a support ticket to dispute your punishment.
